Coaching and Training Sessions

A single coaching or training session is 1 hour without breaks.

Coaching sessions are one-on-one. First we identify a client's skills and strengths; then we use them as the starting point from which to address and develop areas that need attention.

Training sessions can be one-on-one or given in a group. The session begins with a physical and vocal warm up followed by exercises and task aimed at helping participants develop skills relevant to their work situation.

Costs are calculated at a fixed hourly rate excl. BTW and, where applicable, travel, accommodation and preparation costs.

Coaching sessions can be adapted to any sized space.

Training sessions require a minimum space no smaller than 7 x 7 metres depending on the number of participants.

Particpants should wear comfortable clothing to facilitate walking, running, stretching and eventual moving around on the floor.
